This page explains what information Pointwell Publishing collects through loveisntenoughworkbook.com, what it's used for, and what it is never used for.

What We Collect

If you download a free guide or purchase the trilogy, we collect your email address, and, for purchases, the payment information needed to process the transaction. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

We also collect basic visit data through Google Analytics, such as which page you visited, roughly where in the world you're visiting from, and which site or platform sent you here (for example, Instagram or Pinterest). This is anonymized, aggregate information. It is not tied to your name or email address.

How We Use It

Your email address is used to deliver the guide you requested, or the trilogy you purchased, and to send related emails through our email platform, Sequenzy, such as the rest of a guide's companion sequence or updates about new releases. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send.

Visit data from Google Analytics is used only to understand how people find and use the site, so we can improve it. It does not identify you personally.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or any personal information to anyone, for any reason.

We do not currently use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising trackers. If that changes in the future, for example if we begin running paid ads on Instagram or TikTok, this policy will be updated first, and those tools operate under their own respective privacy policies (Meta's and TikTok's) in addition to this one.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses a small cookie to distinguish one visit from another. It does not track you across other websites, and no advertising cookies are currently in use on this site.

The Services We Use

This site relies on a small number of trusted services to function: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Sequenzy (email delivery and automation), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Analytics (visit statistics). Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy standards.

Your Rights

You can ask us, at any time, what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
